We're an editing agency: the most sensitive thing you'll ever give us is the document itself. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

1. What we collect

When you place an order we receive your name, your email address, the documents you send us, and anything you tell us about them (deadline, style guide, audience). That's the whole list. Our website is a set of static pages — it doesn't set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or profile visitors.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service you ordered and nothing else: reading and editing your document, replying to you, confirming prices, and sending the finished work back. We may email you about your own order; we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

3. Your documents

Your files are read only by the editor working on your order. We do not share, publish, resell, or reuse client documents, and we do not use them to train any software. On request, we delete your files from our working storage after delivery.

4. Who else touches your data

Two kinds of service providers, in the ordinary course of doing business: our email provider (which carries the messages and attachments you send us) and our payment processor (which handles your payment details directly — we never see your card number). We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone. We would disclose information only if the law required it.

5. Retention

We keep order emails and files only as long as we need them to deliver the work, honor the follow-up fix window, and keep basic business records. Ask us to delete your documents at any time and we will remove them from our working storage.

6. Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@magnifyingglassllc.com and a person will handle it.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
